Theresa Hartley is a Partner at McCague Borlack LLP. She received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.), graduating with high distinction, in 1999 from the University of Toronto. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002. Theresa was called to the Ontario Bar in Fall, 2003.
Theresa practices civil litigation over a broad spectrum, including professional liability, commercial law and insurance coverage. Theresa has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and before various tribunals. Theresa also has experience in various alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitrations and mediations.

Maeve O’Malley, a Senior Claims Specialist with Markel Canada holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Postgraduate Degree in Education from the National University of Ireland.
Having earned her Charted Insurance Professional designation, she is now working towards her Advanced Charted Insurance Professional accreditation. Maeve handles a wide variety of claims spanning from commercial general liability policies to environmental matters and professional liability lines claims.
